Monthly Meet Nov 6th

    Are we meeting, if so where ?
    Might I suggest the Royal Oak at Hawkhurst lights
    ( it is carvery night but also full menu available) as I believe it may be an option for the Christmas meal, at least every can give their opinion on it

    I am going to speak to them today about Christmas meal, in which case, if we are going there on the 30th, I probably won't make the monthly meet. Will keep you posted though.

    A full roast dinner and dessert mid week was a lot to eat
    But very nice it was :D:D:D

    Numbers were thin on the ground tonight, but us three did our best to make up for it. Mid week roast don’t mind if I do and extra large plate just over £10 squidlys choice of meats beef, pork and turkey with help yourself Yorkshire puddings hey @BlackHornet roast tates, parsnips, stuffing balls, mash, peas, coolly cheese, red cabbage, carrots and normal cabbage and gravy....don’t think I’ve missed anything was all very good a 7.5/10 could be hotter for my liking, puddings list was offered but no specials board was found so apple and a red berry crumble with custard ( pity full amount sent jug back for the rest) but again was nice just could be served hotter. Drinks a little expensive but overall nice of course with excellent company so bring on Xmas dinner :spag:
