Okay peeps, boring Nu years Day. Here's my new project.
Just bought a minibus (transit) and I'm going to convert it.
Blame Mega if you think it's not relevant, he wants to have a go soon himself.
Here are some of our old ones, we used do do campsite wardening. (20 Years). 6-8 months working then we fooked oft to warmer climes in the winter for the other 4-6 months. Good aye!

So if you wanna see me converting it, please like.... our first ones had trials m/cycles tucked on the back.

Too much hassle with insurance, we found.

[IMG] [IMG] Okay Paul, or admin, says all my files are too large. How do I reduce or put in a link to photobucket?

Files need to be under 200kb (thats the size it shows on the disk. The easiest way is to resize them down to 800 x 600 (or there abouts) using something like photoshop

You can just paste the link in here for photobucket. I`ll have a look & see if theres anyway I can get them to embed directly from the link.

Okay guys n gals, full steam ahead.
New to me minibus for 2 days..... seats hacked/stripped out. 2 sold off 6 got rid of, one saved for extra passengers.
Secondhand fridge from fleabay, single passenger seat to come this week.
Today ripped off some carpet wrap and found 3 ml ply underneath, no insulation, all will have to come off and be done properly.
Downside, need T55 torx bit to get double seats from the floor, 'Workstation' tomorrow.
Q.. Why not use big bastid bolts like wot the rest of the seats where welded to the floor with?

Not bad for a couple of days .. aye!

New update on the van project, walls gone up now you can see the rooms. Windows not in use blacked out, 240v hook-up connection cut in. rsz_p1020527.jpg rsz_p1020530.jpg

Been working on a local guy's cbr600 mate. As soon as we fix one thing we find something else. Just replaced the rotten mild steel system with a stainless one.
