A suprise gift from my other half, for no reason at all. A new visor and pinlock insert! I was struggling to save enough to buy them for myself. It was a lovely suprise after a bad day at work. I'm very smiley now :)

Took my VFR in for a recall it probably should have had done a few years ago. Paid £18 to have a courtesy bike for 24hrs. It's a 2014 'blade with less than 300 miles on it. Jeeeezus it's fast when you've only ridden:

    Suzuki Marauder 125 - CBT
Honda CG125 - Theory test day
    Yamaha ER-5 (mod 1&2)
Honda vfr vtec - my first bike, owned 2.5yrs

Needless to say I now have a new understanding of "quick"

well they are clearly built to cost, a lot of the anodising is various shades I have noticed, and the fit on them isn't the most accurate but they do a job for the price. plus pretty sure the ally isn't the best quality, but I must admit mine have been fine and they havn't snapped yet :)

So my financial director came up to me today with my credit card bill with two items that I haven't given the receipts in for yet, with an apology from me I handed over one but did not recognise the other amount or where it was used especially because it appeared to be a service station for £21. It can't be for fuel because I have a fuel card. Then it dawned on me....Wiltshire...I obviously paid for fuel for the bike when camping with you guys! Easy mistake as both my business card and own card are black and so I wouldn't forget the pin numbers I made them the same! I offered to transfer the money but she said not to bother so bit of a result :)

I do that quite often emma, youd be amazed how often I have a customer on the marsh a few miles away yet it can sometimes take me a good 30 mins of riding to get over there :D
