    I just called the Oak & Ivy & confirmed a couple of things as Alan is boring the arse off busy right now. The manager there sounds very relaxed about the whole thing saying that we :
    1) can arrive when we like
    2) need not pre-order (so long as it's off their Xmas menu) or pre-pay.
    I told him we'd probably be arriving around 7pm with a view to sitting at 7.30.
