Dont think that'll do it, was looking at it again earlier and its just in a really awkward place, if i think i can get it with it it'll definatly be handy to use if thats alright but atm i'm thinking i'll just have to do what i said with the swing arm.. not gunna ride it though..

If you have a magnet, put it on a screwdriver shaft and get it out that way?

Or if no magnet, bluetac is pretty good :). (Hmmm, typical teacher response lol)

Otherwise I have a magnet stick, bought specifically for this purpose! I'm in Hastings too so would be happy to pop it round after work sometime.

Magnet is better as bit will be attracted to it. Use bluetack if you have something to push against?

TBH not really pee me off, but you know what I mean.

Having to leave a good breakfast, cafe before I wanted to. and leaving friends who were staying for another cuppa:- to go pick up GF to go to tun wells for shitty shopping, panicking cos I was late, as I did not want to leave, only to be told, oh you did not have to hurry, I want to go to Eastbourne now, so could have come down to meet you, and worse still taking her to Eastbourne and those said friends were just leaving chatting outside the Cafe, the hooter to them was not "hi ya hows it going" it was more u Fu#ers

we stood out side for another 10 mins after that too :D was pretty good food there and well priced, just hope it lasts a little longer this time.

so a few things got to me today. my interenet is still playing up so sometimes i can access it then an hour later i can't

Then at about 5.45 pm i managed to knock the number plate off the R6, hoping i haven't done anything else  The problem with parking a bike in the dark is you just can't see whats where :( so busy trying not to hit the gate, hornet, step, bush i manage to hit the conservatory, well its so small and not been there long, 25years or more and must be over 17feet by 12

Bike all up and running again with a new stator. Old one went off to Wemoto this morning by 1st class recorded so we'll wait and see what happens, but it's definitely cooked and nothing else is malfunctioning so should be a quick refund... we hope

More good news: ABS light is flashing. Hopefully just a bad earth so that'll be the next thing to investigate. In the meantime I have no ABS, and I know you lot'll tell me to man up but I ride all year round (10,000 miles this year) and I've never ridden without it

Only twice, but it's just nice knowing it's there. Once to see what it was like (you can hear it but you can't really feel it, and oh boy do you stop) and once when a taxi driver pulled out from the side of the road without indicating. I know it shouldn't be relied upon but it's a nice thing to have when the weather's crappy, and especially when it's rained hard and there are mashed up leaves all over the road
