      <content:encoded><![CDATA[so my 17 year old giant wants a bike for collage. We’ve seen a 16 plate keeway  tx with only 450 miles in very good condition and never ridden in the wet. <br />

So we did some insurance quotes, usual compare sites and bike insurers and specialist young rider. First quote from bennets £5972!!! I mean really!!! Cheapest is £610 tp only. <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[right guys I am doing my A license and I am looking for advise on a bike to get, I have had a look around and I like the SV650s, the Honda cbr650f and also the Daytona but I am looking for experienced folk to guide me as I have no clue about maintenance or anything with bikes and which is the best for a first bike. I will be using it to commute from Kent to se London most days. <br />

I have a questions about warming tyres. Saw a friend last night who has a thou and he was talking about his rush in the mornings, having to wait for his tyres to warm up.<br />

My questions are:<br />

- How would he do this apart from riding it around and/or with tyre warmers (which is a little excessive even for him)?<br />
- Is this something everyone needs to be cautious of (including small bikes) now that the colder weather is...<br />

I have just &#039;inherited&#039; a Suzuki GS 500 E 1997, a much maligned and perhaps, misunderstood machine, it&#039;s as boring as hell to look out and one of the top of the list of considerations I have whenever I&#039;m looking at purchasing a new bike is No1. The new rules for motorcycle tests will be introduced on January 19 2013.<br />

At 16 and after first taking CBT, you’ll be able to ride a moped (note that the licence category will change from P to AM) on L plates as at present. In the unlikely event that anyone chooses to gain a full moped licence, you’ll need to take the theory test and CBT.<br />
