Dear valued customer,
We write to advise you that after 40 years in the Motor Trade including over 10 years with this business Keith and Clive are looking to take retirement. To achieve this we intend to sell the trading companies of John W Groombridge Motorcycles Ltd and J.W. Groombridge Motorcycles (Training) Ltd, both operating as a going concern. Although we are hoping to conclude a sale in a set time period we intend to sell only to a purchaser who will perpetuate the business.
We wish to assure all our customers that although the business is for sale we will continue to run it with the same vigour and integrity as in the past 10 years. This will include maintaining good stocks, existing business hours and offering competitive deals and special promotions in all departments. When a sale has been concluded we will advise you all about this.
The sale of the business will be marketed widely across trade media, business sales web sites and direct communication, so it is highly likely you will see some exposure. Below is a copy of an advert appearing in Motorcycle News tomorrow, 25th May. If any individual or group has an interest in coming forward as a potential buyer we would be pleased to enter discussions.

naa my 2 most least favorite bikes Green and Suzuki, Wonder if they actually own the land? But I do not know the price. I cannot seem to copy the actual advert over the one that is going to press, just offers, for leasehold and possible freehold, knock the lot down and build houses

 

Let's hope they fix my bike before disappearing into the sunset....
