Garage Breakin Last Night Gravesend

Had my garage broken into last night. Luckily they failed to get through security on up and over door.So they smash fence down and got in personal door. My adventure is still here couldn't get it through door but they got my vertemati 501s,see pic. Reg no FN52RMX.

have you got someone to repair door etc?

 

Sorted door for now and got sensor movement cameras that email alerts going up today. Might look for a steel personal door but new are to pricey at moment. No idea how to value bike only advert i can find is when i bought it in 07

 

In case you haven't already...another thing you could do is put a wireless baby monitor in the garage with the other end indoors. Only any use if you're in but you'd hear any noises from the garage & although it won't stop them entering, you might just stop them leaving. Its just one of the measures (won't talk about the others) taken AFTER we had our garage emptied while we slept.

you can get a yale alarm…which isn't very expensive. most components are wireless, so easy to install. I have it in my garage in addition to the 19mm Almax Chains and disc Locks. You can also set the system to call you (if you plug it into the phone socket)…which is pretty cool…let say if you are just down the pub...
