Starting bike after sitting unused over winter.

    Ive now come roung to starting work on my texan 125 rat bike. But after sitting since november i can not get it running. I have had the battery out and charged back up and any help to point me in the right direction (Right being cheapest as realy low on fundage) would be much apreciated

    How fresh is the petrol ? might be worth mixing a little new petrol in and giving it a shake. If the battery has enough poke but the bike isn't starting spray a little brake cleaner into the air filter :thumbsup: should give it enough of a boost to get it running and warm everything up again.

    Don't forget the basic checks first thou, like making sure it has oil and that the fuel tap isn't set to off :p

    the petrol is the same as when it was taken off the road. ill add some new and see if it helps. just found out when checking that the spark plugs were ok that one side wasnt sparking at all so that may be a small problem.
