Where do all the newbies disappear to?

    Great to see all those new joiners but what happens to them as I never hear any more from most. Hope they're not feeling intimidated by the banter. Surely not?

    For some reason there are people join up & don`t post after activating their account. I feel, as I think other do, its better to have a small number of active users than a huge member list who don`t say a word so the forums is set to autoprune non posting accounts after 14 days from joining. Lets be honest, if someone doesn`t post in 14 days after clicking an email link to activate the account, it makes you wonder why they joined in the first place.

    Could well be the colder weather keeping them from getting involved if they assume they might be coerced out for a ride. Anyway, I agree with what RW said '' its better to have a smaller number of active users than a huge member list who don`t say a word''. Kwality not Kwontiteee. :thumbsup:
