I put my hi-vis in my tank bag. That should constitute as not "having to get off bike to get it" I reckon?

Why does hi vis or reflective areas not count if lower than waist height?

Lammy is only the height of tinys knee :giggle::giggle:

The police apparently stop you, and if you get off with out wearing it they nick you, or could lol, same as getting out of the car. Though I bet it is one in a million, who pissed off a police person.

Your passport doesn't need to have 6 months left on it - it's valid until it expires, so as long as you return home before you reach the 'valid to' date it's all good

Technically you are right Lightweight but there has been some incidents I think that with passports with less than 6 months people have refused entry to some countries. Maybe not some Euro ones but you never know

I kept my hi-viz jacket in my top box while riding around froggyland last month. I think that it would have to be a very stroppy copper to find fault with that.

All of the frog plod that I saw gave me a cheery wave whether I was on the bike or standing/sitting by it :bike:
