Meeting a few at the 1066 café at 8.30 am. Plan to leave at 9 and head into Hastings. Will aim to head for the Pelican Diner in the hopes I can munch some :pcake:. Then an amble around the stalls and bikes until we have had enough. If weather holds we may go for a spin somewhere later but not decided yet.

Early start, but worth it. Cleaned my bike with 'Jiz' so it's nice and clean

Turns out Jack-in-the-Green was today so that will make it slightly less manic tomorrow. Only slightly mind. Would explain why Hastings was so packed today!

Weather is not quite as good as the forest. Best take some waterproof gear.

Yeah, that nasty mizzle! Ah well, we'll have to just find some warm, dry cafes to retreat too and watch the world go by lol

Although the satellite shows that this band of drizzle should pass by 9.30. Hopefully by the time we've had breakfast it'll be dry enough to wander round and see bikes.

Well, we did get our pancakes - yummy! Quieter than usual going into Hastings, probably due to weather, but a good turnout as day progressed. Had a nice wander, bumped into a few familiar faces, ate a bit and then ate some more and looked at lots of bikes. Happy days :D
