    Haven't posted up for a week or two and I'm busy on 24 June, so to make amends;

    Meet at the 7 Diner, London Road, Polhill, Halstead, Kent, TN14 7AA
    Depart 1830
    Stop halfway(ish) for chips and return about 3 hours later for swift pint
    All welcome, but please post here if you are interested.

    Hmmm, will depend what time I get out of a meeting in Eastbourne.
    However, as I may have to give up kicking boxes and hang up my boxing gloves, temporarily, I should at least be able to make one of your Wed rides if not this one.

    No, but we are :p. It's a very convenient place to meet Steve. 5 mins from M25, and you can get a coffee.

    You haven't been on one of my runs before have you? ;) I don't decide until I start off, then make it up as I go along. It makes it more exciting :D.

    Sure haven't. Guess I'll find out. On a 300 but I'm very throttle happy so I've never had any issues keeping up. I only mention it if people are...VERY throttle happy? haha

    I have literally just got in so going to try to get to the diner for 6:30. No idea how much petrol the bike has so may need to stop for gogo juice on the way!!! Best pin the throttle.

    Got in 15 mins ago. Cracking run out, just me and JimBo, 138 miles added and many of them at a pretty quick pace!!! Chicken strips on the new tyres are virtually gone - happy days.

    Crackin' run indeed. It really is the best time to get out as the traffic was very light.

    See you on the next one. No run next week, going to see Fleetwood Mac at the O2.
