Sat 8th December

    Looks like it is going to be :brr: but :sun1: tomorrow so have planned a little bimble out. Aim is to go the Oasis Café with a view to being there sometime between 11.30 and 12.00. Have a bite to eat and then do a cross country run to Appledore, Tenterden, Biddenden Bends, Hawkhurst - then either Wessons or to a pub with a fire!!!
    Will leave Battle Abbey at 11am if anyone coming from this direction. Otherwise could meet you at the Oasis and then leave from there at 1pm (at the latest).

    there is a shop near the end of the rideout that sells sink unblocking stuff :thumbsup:

    Like the train of thought tom but it needs taking apart :( but I do have to make the most of the sunshine seeing as I am suffering from this sunlight deficiency thing :)

    There is an Open Pit lane Trackday at Brands tomorrow so will pop out for a little ride and then head over to Brands to get a bike fix...

    Let us know if anyone is around and fancies popping in as well....

    Great ride out today in the sun.

    Nice little road recommended/discovered from Robertsbridge to woods corner except no one warned me that there is a religious community down that way, (http://www.bruderhof.com/en-gb/international-directory/united-kingdom/darvell), rounded a corner and there was a double horse and cart and about 150 community members walking up the lane... BRAKES!!!!

    Cracking day out and not half as cold as I thought it would be! Great company, not bad riding conditions, good brekkie and a bit of a flashback to nightclubbing days with the strobe light effect due to the sun behind the trees :D.

    I shouldn't freeze tonight either as we got well and truly covered by the gritters as they drove past us :rolleyes:.
