I want to see it! I haven't been able to buy a copy today. Hope they got my best side :) I think it's the same picture as my avatar, so we've all seen it already. It'll be fun to see it in a mag though. I am awfully proud of my bike so any chance to show it off is fun.

Thank you, Phil. I think I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Too sleepy to go and find one now.

Someone could nick your bike while in the wooden box and you wouldn't be able to run very fast with your leathers around your ankles. On the other hand, arriving in leathers could also have it's benefits

new crash helmets ordered for me and swmbo , new textile/ gortex trousers for us both, new boots for us both and a new waterproof jacket for her ladyship too. On the downside I shall not be riding for the forthcoming 5 years due to now having 12 paper rounds, 6 milk rounds and a garden clearing service to run in order to pay for it all :giggle:

Yeah, so the makers tell us:rolleyes:. After a suitable CE/kitemark rating, IMO the fit is everything, whether cheap or exy.

Finding a pair of Knox winter gloves on eBay. Worn once, still with the labels, smallest size they do. I took a chance and bought them and they're a perfect fit. Less then half price, too. :)

I got my wife to help me bleed the brakes on the car today, the first thing she said was which pedal is the brake. God knows how she never hit's any thing when she drives.

WMMST? This evening in fact, sitting on the patio in the twilight with bats whizzing inches over my head.

I do like to be close to nature sometimes.
