    agree with Yappa .....however i do think women should have to wear tighter knickers when riding ....the whistling at high speed can be very distracting

    On first read id agree with 1,3,4,5 with added clauses, as it really should be personal choice, and age restricted, although the very act of some doing it would encourage younger riders to break the law. I would and have in Calif rode without a lid, but only in very specific places and specific times, 6, 7, and 9. Q - 11 i don't understand without taking a course. But regardless of what i think, most my views would be unacceptable to human rights activist and lefty communists as they would offend the Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety idiots :D
