    This video shows how they work a bit better. Simply replace the propeller with a sprocket & chain & away you go.

    Yeah, Norton tried...quite successfully actually but then I think they had probs with 'valve/piston' seals leaking or overheating.

    Suzuki did the RE5 rotary too but you don`t see it running :(
