seeing a strange yellow UFO in the sky all afternoon today

 

Don't worry about that, I've had a word with NASA, they're going to get rid of that UFO.

 

Realising that I've become an 'Old Git'...awaits deluge.
Just had a right moan at the local councillor/Kent Highways for the erection of loads of unnecessary, expensive & confusing (so dangerous) road signage local to me. I don't expect much response as they're prob spending the budget before 1st Apr but they could at least have filled some of the potholes along that stretch.

 

Les, I thought I was bad moaning

 

It's a very simple thing which has caused me to smile (and have a Good Day) today: I was able to ride to Teddington for a business meeting and home again without stress / train fares / homicidal maniacs driving at me or, really, much of anything which was bad. True, there were some massive queues of traffic, especially through Felbridge, but gentle filtering made them into stationary or slow-moving tests of my steering, brake and clutch control. And it was ffffffffffffffreezing. But the sun was out (as noted above) and the roads were dry and there was little by way of noticeable salt deposits or even (dare I write this?) pot holes!

I suppose the only down side was that I missed lunch

 

Oh shut up!

 

Getting out on the bike yesterday and having the out all day as well......result!

 

(Not good enough for the Busa yet.......) It was bloody freezing at *** mph!!!!!!!

 

Took the car out for a spin. Was great being able to have the windows down and sunroof open. It's the bike's turn (hopefully) next weekend.

Last night actually....Whilst out enjoying a curry with close friends and being tired of drinking the usual stuff I tried spiced rum and coke...YUM!!!!!
