Got to say it was not what I was expecting, me thinking feet flat on the ground, I think not, the seat was wide as is the bike and dam uncomfortable, so feet no flat.
One hell of a lump of a bike felt alien sitting on it, and lift it off the stand, the steering was so light, and when you lean it back over on the stand it just pulled hard to the left.
Did not think the Storm was as good looking as it is in the pictures, though looking at one in showroom is not the same as walking around it outside.

I sat on Speedmaster too, much more my height friendly, really good looking bike, shame it does not have a lot more power.

Certainly different from my STR, and that was just sitting on them, lol, hate to think what they like to ride

I took a 1700 T bird out a couple of years ago.....beach bars, all the toys. Thought it would be heavy on the bends and sluggish.....but easy to handle, beautifully balanced and very very responsive for a big cruiser! I bloody loved it.
Had no issues putting feet flat on the ground either.

Just clocked what your ride is MaDProff........now I understand why you are wary of the big cruisers.
I have to admit, it is totally different, used to find it weird jumping from a cruiser to the speed triple or the sprint and back.

Brett, next time we are out, you are more than welcome to try my bike for size mate.

Don`t forget that the storm is nearly twice the weight of your current bike but most cruisers have a lower CoG so once its on the move most of that extra weight will feel like its all but disappeared. At last years rally it was mentioned by a couple of ppl about how well my bike handled & kept up with the sportier bikes considering its size, especially after we had negotiated "Zig Zag hill".

I was quite shocked though to how uncomfortable it was just sitting on it, the width of even blow the sit makes you sit there with ya legs wide open, I know there are seat options.

When I come out on a ride and you are about, you are welcome to sit on Turmoil, he is not quite so wide.
If it is any consolation, you soon adapt to it. Then you will find other bikes feel weird! :)
