chase the ace " poker run "

An eventful day indeed but for the most part - really fun!! A little bit of unplanned off-roading on my behalf just for starters ended by a some good music in a field at midnight. Hmm, maybe the moniker "Farmer Leila" is beginning to stick. Getting a ride on the back of my R6 was pretty fun too!
Adam is well, up and about today and already talking about how soon he can get back on a bike. He said a big thank you in a text yesterday and "you guys were amazing" today. (Must still be high on morphine but we'll take the compliments when we get them )

So a quick update on Adam. He is doing fine and itching to get back on a bike . He had to return to the hospital last Tuesday to have the wound re-scrubbed (yeuch) and find out if he was going to have to have a skin graft on a small section of his thigh. Good news is he has started healing nicely and no skin graft needed!
As of yesterday he has brought a new fairing kit, new leathers, gloves and is about to order the new crank case and crash bungs.
He was really thankful for everyone's support and can't wait to come on a rideout again.
