Today i got my chain cleaner and lube through the post,

Its the muc off brand and tbh i'll not bother buying there cleaner again as it didnt really clean or get much off the crap off, i know some people dont like using WD40 on there chains but to get all the crap off i used it and found that it really worked and it wouldnt matter as i was putting chain lube back on anyway, heres some pics of how dirty it was and how much better it looks now

    After

Much better! This was before i put the lube btw

In future use Parafin and a paint brush..... It will clean out the smeg that you still have on your plates.....
It doesn't shag the seals as it acts as a lubricant as well as a cleaner!
Just make sure you wipe it down virtualy dry afterwards before you lube it.....I swear by it!

Jack - get in there and whip your back wheel off so that you can clean the sprocket & carrier... and the swing arm... and shock... and undertray. In fact, while you're at it, whip all of the panels off so that you can give the bike a 'proper clean'? No? Oh, just me then (and Duckie). Good work fella - keep it up!

Ok....in the past few days I have bought for my bike......
Two into one pipes, bobber seat, light bar with indicators, rad cover, hard panniers and now I shall be mainly living on bread and water for the foreseeable future......but I DON'T CARE! :disco:

Jack, you did good, ignore Finchy, he is positively autistic about cleaning......or so the myth goes :giggle:

Haha yeah MW did tell me about using a paint brush but i went out into the shed and found just "any old paint brush" (to the untrained eye apparently) it turned out to be my mums bests... good job i didn't get a chance to use it :p

Two new tyres fitted . Then the mechanic noticed the fork seals were leaking , so had those done as well.
Would like to recommend G Force Motorcycles who managed find the correct seals . It is an Aprilia for gawd sake ! parts usually have to be ordered!
Oh and it just passed its MOT last week !

Two items, a badge for my cap and the carbon clutch case cover ive wanted for a year. It will hide a really annoying scratch, until i scratch the carbon fibre  Note to self, must b more careful getting it through the front door :cautious:

Through the front door??? Better than trying to squeeze the bike up your back passage I suppose.

Dont think so, but i have a fear of horses collars and country houses with thick brown velvet curtains around doors.
Just because a man regularly slides his pride and joy through the front door, coz he's denied rear access, your thinking there might be a symbolic freudian meaning? :D

Today I are mostly been buying a nice black set of Hepco & Becker 'Gobi' panniers for the KTM (together with a quick-lock system to suit). Mmmmm.
