Bike paint update

So everything's now been painted and most panels have been lacquered, flattened, cut & G3'd (apart from the tank & seat hump). I've attached a few pics of the bike as a 'dry mock up' and as such, there are very few fixings used (hence some of them looking wonky). All that's left is to put it all together properly and apply a few good layers of polish to bring it up to a decent shine.

I decided to keep the OEM indicators (despite buying LED ones) as I want the bike to look 'standard-ish'. I'll probably change them over when I get the new undertray etc.

Just waiting for my replacement Arai stickers to arrive before I can finish the lid (as per previous thread).

Were you inspired by the colour of the cake tin? If so, you forgot the red blobs.

Ha ha - yes! I suppose that I really should have painted the helmet in 'Roses' team colours instead of black / blue / silver... or perhaps I'll just strap the tin to my head... or use it as a handy top-box. Decisions decisions.
