    Right , that,s it then, a New Year meet at the old vine on Wednesday 4th January. Arrive 1930ish, order yer own food and eat when it arrives or pre order and all eat at same time? Personally, I would prefer to just turn up and order?

    So why does the map say the Blue Boys? Or... were you just testing us? And the map was at the head of the thread and is repeated on every subsequent new page?

    I'm happy enough to roll up and order too. The burden of organising this every month might make Tanya cross.

    okay...if its the new monthly meet and 4th Jan is the first....can the mods maybe lock down this thread or hide it and open a new one saying monthly meet Old Vine, Cousley Wood, nr Wadhurst, East Sussex TN5 6ER ?

    Thinking about it i am not 100% sure i have done the right thing changing the info, as i think this maybe should have been put to a proper vote Re the change.

    I don't care where it is :) i don't really know many places, one is as much the same as another to me

    lol about 2 miles shorter trip there than the blue boys for me so im afraid il have to decline this one aswell... looks like a nice place from your xmas pics though :thumbsup:

    we can still put it to a vote...its just i remember something being mentioned at the xmas do...somebody checking with the Old Vine...given that they stay open until 11pm every night and last orders for dinner at 9pm...and they seem genuinely smiley people...opposed to the not so smiley people

    Although so far, no one has really objected, but a few quite interested ?

    Given the weather i'm not opposed to picking some people enroute...

    Steve asked them when we had the Christmas meal and they said they would be happy to have us. Especially on Wednesdays as that is their quietest night.
