My Marathon task so far...

For thise of you that are interested...

Third official week in to my training and I have reached a goal that I set for the end of the month. 5.2k in 38 minutes with only 3 minutes of walking! Thats nearly as fast as I go on my bike! So thats double what I was doing before I started. It is bloody hard though. So I thought I would check out in more detail the charity's that I am running for (seeing as I am doing it with heart radio and dont have a choice, would have gone for SANDS and a cancer charity) to give me some inspiration...Childline and the Neuroblastoma Aliance UK. Both worthy causes.

So if the training continues improving and I reach my next set of goals come the end of January I will be posting up a scrounging sponsorship link.

hey well done xx Since Ted has had a dog I have been doing *walking*, just under 5 miles a day- I dont have any goals but have downloaded the *map my hike* there is a map my run, and all other things , worth downloading xxx that you can log your training etc
