Boss wants to change my car as I am racking too many miles... he has his eye on a new A4 but I am not sure, the A3 qautro saloon fully loaded is cheaper and would save me a bit in tax so not sure what to do!

If it's mainly one or two bums, with the odd 3rd or 4th cheek, I would go A3. If you need to have the constant need for 3 or more bums then the A4.

I took mine out too! 112 miles without stopping. My wrists are complaining a bit but I so enjoyed it. Just a perfect afternoon, although a bit blustery near the seaside :) I love being on holiday!

Seeing tomorrows weather forecast. Apparently it may not be completely crap so I will tax the TZR250 tomorrow morning and take it out for a thoroughly good thrashing!!

Got home to find that one of my neighbours, knowing that I work on my own bikes, has had a good clearout during the day & given me an Optimate 4 & a beam torque wrench. Well pleased :disco:

A nice day out, following Phil Read and his sat-nav. All sorts of roads and all sorts of weather, luckily mostly sunny and dry. Plenty of food and drink stops and I stayed toasty warm all day. Arrived home and wondered why there was a lake with floating mini icebergs in the middle of the garden. My neighbours tell me there was the worst hail storm they've seen for some years so we were very lucky we missed it. Judging by the size of some of the last few ice balls that were still melting it would have hurt!

Having had one of the scariest landings ever in the gale force winds last Sunday i am happy that today seems calmer. Fingers crossed for not having a flight that resembles being in a tumble dryer!
