Brilliant weather on this weekend, yet all i can see is loads of tumble weeds. Oh well, maybe later when it's wetter. :cry2:

Think people have been posting on the Facebook lately. May be worth a look there. Saw something about a ride out tomorrow through Tenterden or something

Just on way home from Hastings beer Fest. May be out for a wake up ride out later in the morning. Didn't get too hammered for a change!

Got to admit I do prefer the forum for organising things as I find it easy to miss things on Facebook

I am generally out most weekends at some point, to be honest it's only a dozen or so of the usual suspects that seem to rideout, I appreciate the geographical side of thing will not suit all but it does amaze me with the members we have how many actually get out... It might be worth posing a Rideout Tomas and see what response you get

Now look what you've done :rain:!!! It's been chucking it down all morning here and I blame you :p lol.

Still, if it cheers up later then maybe will make a quick blat out somewhere not too far.

Trouble is, Tony, to post a ride-out you have to be prepared to be a leader...I'm too fresh to be one and still am learning curves and bends around Kent, Sussex etc. I leave in London and could happily lead y'all around this town but doubt I could find any followers nor I found it enjoyable myself. The beast needs to stretch her legs. :bike:

You could always just post up about meeting somewhere for brekkie/lunch & see who`s interested. Theres a good chance someone will happily lead on from there.

@Costas and I were out this morning, went to Ashford American Diner... got totally soaked. Head to toe dripping wet through to the skin! Didn't think we'd need waterproofs given the recent weather :( gotta dry ourselves out before we get out again this afternoon.

Hi Tomas, as Roady stated you are not obligated to be leader... It's more about arranging a meet and going from there... To be honest the back marker has to be a decent/faster rider as they have to catch up on the second man drop off system.

You`re right there Tony, I usually end up riding a bit quicker when back marker than elsewhere in the group.
