    Planning to head to the Airport Café in Sellindge for a bit to eat and then maybe a wander slightly NorthEast on a scenic route up and back round towards Cranbrook etc.

    I am presently trying to come up with a route and convert to Tyre but for some reason it is suddenly refusing to recognise my Google map link. If I can't get Tyre sorted then it will just be a magical mystery tour and who knows where we'll end up:confused: . Or, alternatively, someone who already knows these routes can take the lead :D

    So, the plan is to meet at Hawkhurst Fish Farm at 10.30 with a view to leaving at 11. Plan to eat at the Airport café and then head towards Canterbury then back cross country towards the South.

    OK TYRE won`t let me import that either! I`ll try creating it in the Garmin Basecamp software then import that into TYRE.

    I ended up having to type the route into Tyre step by step. I don't know why it suddenly has stopped allowing Google Maps to be imported. Blooming annoying!!

    Funnily enough our routes aren't too dissimilar bar the end section. The latter part of yours looks better though :). Tyre is still not letting me import :mad:.Wonder why it's suddenly not working :confused:???

    What @Jon Weston said. Google have made changes which TYRE hasn`t caught up with yet.

    @lammyR6 I`ll convert my routes to TYRE format & buzz them over so you can stick them on your satnag so we both have a copy.

    Well, it turned out to be a very eventful day and not all good so I reckon it was probably just as well you missed this one! What with broken exhaust on one bike, a puncture on another and then a couple of spills due to newly laid gravel that was not signposted adequately (everyone ok) - Highways Agency has a hell of a lot to answer for :mad: - it was not quite the rideout we planned. That and a bit of farm tracking all made it a rather long day. Still, the sun was shining, food at the Airport Café was quick and some of the roads were pretty fun. And as usual we all managed to find something to laugh about at the end!

    Thanks for the roadside refreshments! :D

    Time to shower off what feels like a tonne of gravel dust now.

    :thumbsdown::thumbsup:Yeah a very mixed day :thumbsdown::thumbsup:

    Lammy summed it up pretty well. Great fun on the good bits and less so on the bad bits. Hopefully nobody will be in too much pain tomorrow.

    Sure was an eventful day, but for all the wrong reasons. On the upside, the police were VERY impressed with our scene management & traffic control. :thumbsup:
