    Pretty angry!!
There has been a recall on the 2013 honda 500 series due to something do with shaft bearings can't remember what as im away from the letter.. However its been recalled, I phone up kent motorcycles my local honda dealer to get repaired, I work Monday- Friday so naturally asked for this Saturday for my bike to be sorted.. I need my bike for work so knowing there is a recall I don't want to ride untill its safe and fixed. Also this is no fault of my own. And they said it can't be done for 2 weeks and asked if I could take time off work to get it booked in dose that sound unfair? I think they should jump and fix it ASAP. Im thinking of complaining to the head office due to the fact its a massive inconvenience to me and going to cost me money to get to work via public transport or a days wages to get it booked in. All from a fault which was caused by honda. Any thoughts would be welcome. Ps sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes.

first find out how serious the recall is. might just be something you don't really need to worry about.

Is Kent Motorcycles also known as H'S ?

Devil's advocate: I find it strange that 3 days earlier you were happy to ride the bike, then when a letter tells you, you deem it unsafe. It's all proportionate to what is the recall and how the bike feels.
