    I don't think 2014 exists, reason being Iv'e just looked on the (dark side bike forum) and 2014 has not been mentioned so I think I'll give that one up this year.

    I always wonder, when articles like this are republished, whether they were written yesterday by someone pretending to be Nostradamus or Asimov or whomever. I guess that wasn't the case here. His precience is some respects is jolting: envisioning Skype and i-Pads and so on stand out for me. Equally the problems of over-population (and the Chinese solution to it which was only recently reversed).

    It is often said that advances in real science are spurred by Sci-Fi dreamers.
