    Hmm intersting.
"At York Crown Court on 8 April, Kelly admitted one charge of perverting the course of justice in relation to the speeding offence, one charge of perverting the course of justice in relation to a parking fine and one charge of speeding.
As well as being jailed for eight months, Kelly was also given six penalty points on his driving licence."

    He never got banned then?

I'd say he was banned for around 4 months or so..........unless it was a suspended sentence

Don't think the sentence was really related to the speeding, more the lieing etc. doubt he would have got jail purely on speeding unless really dangerous etc.

He will only serve 4 months inside. Get 3 meals a day. Not have to pay for anything unless he smokes. Gets a portable colour telly and a nice warm cosy bed use of the gym for the duration of his stay. Not really a punishment.

Hmmm...looking at the video there are two of them doing that speed. Wonder if they got the other guy, or just this muppet cause he put it all over social media

**will deny I am Yappa if any court case/civil suits or prosecutions arise**

But surely being denied use of his bike is against his "uman rites" ;)

seams you only serve 2 months these days as per those released this week. It's clearly an easy life style choice to make these days
