Nothing in stone but I fancy a daytrip across to France. Done Le Touquet for lunch a few times and I do enjoy the road from Calais to Le Touquet. Crossing on the tunnel is £15 each way plus travel/breakdown insurance if you don't have it. Like I said, I haven't booked anything yet but does anyone fancy joining me?

Okey-dokey. Seeing as there's now 3 of us interested we ought to sort something out! Was thinking of booking an 8-8.30 train out and a 6pm train back. Gives us plenty of time to "bimble" along to Le Touquet and grab some lunch. The weather will, of course, be lovely!

Roughie - have sent you my mobile number
Steve - have done the same.

Change of plan I'm afraid. Have checked the weather and it looks poxy and I've been asked to work so I'm not going now. I'll put one of these trips together next year in April ish and hopefully we can get a few more interested. Sorry bout this.

Deffo be interested in the future mate. Would prefer to go further afield though. May be organising a longer trip to Normandy next spring/summer?
