don't bet on it just yet, just because you didn't do as well as you could doesn't mean they weren't impressed. it just means you have high standards

[Note to self: must try to keep up with Leila's ever-changing job situation.]

I thought you were in gainful employ? Have you chucked it already? Oh, and before you do so, no job is ever perfect: people who tell you they have a perfect job are (i) self-delusional or (ii) are warming you up to ask if you'd like to work for them, or (iii) have never worked. I'll omit the less tasteful versions.

Were you trying to get into brain surgery again? You have to lower your expectations, you know.

Feeling proper ill like... see, my grammar has even been affected. ;)

The really worrying thing is that this is feeling like the onset of flu, as in real flu and not just a head cold/under the weather. Started with a sore throat when I woke up but now have the whole painful/sore joints, heavy limbs, fuzzy cotton wool filled head (no comments about that being no different from normal) thing. Bugger. :alien:

I just hope that I didn't give it to my sister when I saw her yesterday. Her due date is today!

I`m no medical expert but if her due date is today, I think she had it about 9 months ago ;)
