eBay sellers who say "too heavy to post", really? Is it really too heavy? Are you certain, because i've posted an entire engine before now!

It's only a bloody angle grinder, I'm not trying to buy Nelson's column or anything.

A bit, yeah... Was some months back I was doing a lot of cutting. Only use a 115mm and the old one was a 600w, but as I'm seemingly going to be welding soon I need something tougher for the work load. (And learn to weld / buy a rig)

I use the 1mm thick stainless cutting discs in my 115mm. about 50p each if you buy 20? Don't buy a gasless MIG , buy the most amps that you can afford!!!:)

Yeah, I'm going for a gas / gasless 150 ideally. Should be enough flexibility for what I need and once I'm sh*thot I can bin the gas and save some cash.

Ha, this happened to me too! I think the lock on the R1 seat covers is dodgy. My genuine R1 rear seat unit just flew off down the M40 and it was definitely locked in because it wont sit flush unless it is. Ive almost lost the rear seat a couple of times too but managed to hang onto it.

That sucks mate. Thought this job was going really well too, especially with the extra hours you were being asked to do.

it sort of is going well, but didnt get paid last week and rang the bosses son (who deals with wages) told him i was pissed off with him keep messing me about, he said the company was having a few problems.
i had this problem last year with another company so i wont let it go on for long, but the last bloke who did this to me (he owed me a lot more) will remember me for a long time though.

Yeah, it's tough if you don't know it's coming. Was once a brickie & we were told there would not be no more wages, receivership & all that. One bloke kept the foreman chatting while we emptied the large tool store to make up for no wages. One bloke even towed home a massive diesel cem mixer. I also agree that it's good to leave a lingering impression upon those in charge when you're justifiably unhappy.;)

Sore throat has manifested in to a cold (with sneezing), the guy coming to check out the car re: welding, blew me out and switched his phone off and I couldn't get anything else done because I'm basicly too much of a gimp!
